You don’t need to be on site — we handle access directly with your builder or site supervisor.

James carries out your inspection personally, checking every detail against the National Construction Code and Australian Standards.

Step 4

Within 24 hours, you’ll receive a detailed report including photos, clause references, and practical recommendations.

Step 5

If needed, we can revisit to confirm that defects have been rectified correctly — giving you confidence before the next stage or settlement.
