With more than 20 years in residential construction, James has managed the construction of hundreds of homes, from high-end architectural builds to volume homes, townhouses, and local renovations and extensions across Geelong, the Surf Coast, Ballarat, and Melbourne’s west.
As a registered domestic builder (DB-U 75694) Practitioner Detail, James is fully insured and knows what good workmanship looks like and what to keep an eye on.
He’s also an active member of Victoria’s Builder Practitioner & Advisor Portal, staying across the latest building codes, standards, and compliance updates. That real-world experience and technical know-how are what make every BuildWise inspection detailed, practical, and fair.
Based in Geelong, James treats every home he inspects like it’s his own family’s with honesty, care, and attention to detail.
